• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works implying association with this app.
• Avoid uploading unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any form of solicitation.
• Do not interfere with app servers or networks, violating applicable laws.
• Do not intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, national, or international law while using the app.

General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service at any time, without notice.
• We may change these Terms of Use at any time by posting changes on the app, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service based on reasonable judgment.
• We may remove content and accounts violating our terms.
• We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant permission to publish your private files or use your personal information for unrelated purposes.
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of legal claimants or trademark holders.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable.
• Do not infringe copyrighted material or promote violations of intellectual property rights.
• Do not engage in unsolicited advertising, spam, or any form of solicitation.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity or disobey app requirements, procedures, or policies.

Cloud Storage and Third-Party Services

Anywhere allows you to import your own files from supported storage providers, network locations, and Apple's Files interface. Available connections vary by app version, platform, provider, and account plan. A reference to a provider in our Privacy Policy is not a promise of current or continued integration. Anywhere is an independent application; provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

• Connect only accounts, servers, and shared folders you are authorized to access. Follow the provider's applicable terms, usage limits, and security requirements.
• Import, download, synchronize, play, or share content only when you have the necessary rights or permissions. Connecting a service does not grant a license to its content or permission to bypass DRM or other access restrictions.
• Keep account credentials, application passwords, and access tokens secure. You can disconnect accounts in Anywhere and manage or revoke permissions with the provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Provider subscriptions, storage charges, network charges, and other third-party fees are separate from purchases in Anywhere. Purchasing Anywhere features does not include a third-party storage subscription.
• Connections depend on the provider's availability, authorization, and interfaces. Providers may change, limit, or discontinue access, which can interrupt imports or synchronization. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.
• Keep independent copies of important files. Disconnecting an account does not delete imported copies, close the provider account, or cancel its subscription. Manage each of these separately.
• If you enable sharing or local Wi-Fi access, you are responsible for choosing the recipients and devices allowed to access your files and for having permission to share that content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Refund Policy

• For in-app purchases through the App Store, refunds are handled by contacting Apple.
• Automatic renewals may occur for in-app purchases; users are responsible for canceling future renewals.

Copyright

All resources, including images, videos, audios, and texts, are protected by trademark and copyright. Unauthorized use of these resources is illegal. All rights in and to this app (excluding user-provided content) are the exclusive property of this app and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users have no right to use the app name or its trademarks, logos, domain names, images, videos, audios, texts, or other distinctive brand features. Any feedback provided by users may be used by the app without obligation.
